Who is responsible for what
The employer teaches the practical competence required by the occupation and turns the national framework into a company training plan. Vocational school adds technical theory and general education. The competent body, often a chamber, registers the contract, advises the parties, monitors delivery and organises examinations. Keep these roles separate: good school lessons do not compensate for missing workplace supervision, and an exciting employer does not replace the required curriculum.

How to recognise training quality
The strongest signal is not a perk but an explainable learning process: who demonstrates a task, when you practise with supervision, when you work independently and how missing competence is tracked. Ask for one concrete example from the first year.
