2026/27 pilot programme
Pilot careers exploration with Apprentice Atlas.
Together we test how official opportunities, clear AI support and application planning can strengthen existing guidance and classroom practice.
Plan together
Agree audience, context, safeguarding, consent and success criteria in advance.
Supported testing
Onboarding, a named contact, feedback loops and documented incidents.
Learn transparently
Evaluate usage, qualitative experience and limitations separately.
What an initial pilot looks like
The partner and Estopia choose one concrete use case together, such as preparing for a careers conversation or running a vacancy-search lesson. Audience, duration, support, safeguarding routes, minimum data and evaluation are agreed in writing before the first session.
• One clear use case with a measurable learning goal.
• Named accountable people on both sides.
• Briefing for staff, learners and parents.
• Stopping and escalation criteria before first use.
What partners receive at the end
At close-out, partners receive a traceable evaluation of use, feedback, learning signals, incidents and open questions. This becomes a shared basis for continuing, adapting or testing further.
• Agreed measures with context.
• Qualitative feedback without unnecessary identification.
• Documented exceptions and negative findings.
• A recommendation with uncertainty and accountable decision.
